It’s hard not to like Churros, which makes this a great Cuban dessert to serve if you are not entirely sure whether your guests are sweet-toothed. In order to prepare this dessert, you need to fill a deep fryer with between 2 and 3 inches of vegetable oil and heat this up to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. In a side-bowl, add 2 eggs, 1 cup of milk, ¼ of a cup of melted butter and 2 tablespoons of baking power. Give the mixture in the bowl a good beating and then add flour - one cup at a time. Keep beating and stirring the mixture. After this you should end up with a doughy-type substance which you need to place in your deep fryer one-teaspoon at a time and deep fry for approximately 7 minutes. Continually flip over the dough until all sides are brown and take out of the deep fryer and then leave to drain on a paper towel. When you are ready to serve this, put all your Churros on a serving platter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
